In 2018 she was diagnosed with a rare form of leukemia. This life-altering experience served as a crucial turning point, steering her towards the nurturing realms of meditative and restorative practices, with a special emphasis on Yoga Nidra. This practice, known for its gentle yet profound healing capabilities, became a cornerstone in Ayla’s journey through her health crisis.
